Are you ready for Contenderfest?

Sep 8, 2021

Bournemouth’s exciting new festival Contenderfest takes place this weekend, with gates open 10th -12th September.

Based at Parley Lane in Hurn, Bournemouth, this brand new festival promises to be a 3-day adventure of food, fitness and fun in Dorset. There are loads of activities throughout the weekend, including street food to sample and a craft village with exhibitions and demonstrations.

The three days will be packed full of fitness games, personal trainers and workouts from local gym studios. Up the energy with a Kickboxing or Zumba workout. Challenge yourself to a Military Bootcamp. Or chill out with Yoga or Tai Chi and QiGong. There are also individual and team challenges to complete, with cash prizes up for grabs. Or have a go at the obstacle course including log carry, sledge pull, tyre run and more.

Live music and DJs will entertain you on the Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as all day Sunday. There’s a mix of Pop, Indie, Folk, Reggae and Funk all to look forward to, as well as Dance shows.

Tickets are still up for grabs and you can purchase them here:

We were super proud to see our chiropractor Aaron lecturing at the international RCC Sports Faculty Symposium 2022. We are lucky to have such global experts working at our clinic. We have also expanded the gym and rehabilitation services this year, including opening up the space for more equipment to assist with recovery.

We couldn’t have done any of it without the support of you, our fantastic clients. So thank you to each and every one of you for helping make our vision of creating a dedicated health and wellbeing space in the heart of Christchurch where everyone is welcome a reality.

Here’s to 2023!
