Now that Spring has sprung, we are delighted to announce that our Walking with Poles class is back on our class schedule from May.
Trained Walx instructor Julie will be taking small walking groups out into Christchurch on Tuesdays from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm to try walking with poles and to enjoy our beautiful local area.
Walking with poles is a great form of exercise that can help you to:
- Stand taller
- Improve your gait and balance
- Harness the power of your upper body
- Feel lighter on your feet
- Improve your walking pace
- Enjoy the outdoors
The class costs just £5 with walking poles supplied, or can be booked as part of your Studio Membership.
