How it works

Our Pilates classes in Christchurch Dorset suit all ages and levels of experience. If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with a 30 minute one-to-one introductory session. This will allow the instructor to take you through the Pilates principles, review your health screening form and recommend the best class for you going forward. Each class runs for 55 minutes. We ask that you arrive five minutes before the session so you’re ready to get started (please bear in mind that if you’re over 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you).

Pilates FAQs

How do I get started?
When you register with Team Up, our online class booking platform, you will be asked to complete a health screening form.  Once you have completed this can you then book onto any of the classes.  If you have any concerns or questions please get in touch 01202 473 800.
Payment can be made online via Go Cardless, you can join as a monthly Wellbeing Member or you can pay for a Block of 5 classes.
What should I bring?

Clothing that’s comfortable and allows you to move freely works best for Pilates – body-hugging Lycra is not essential! We are a sock on studio, you can wear Pilates slipper socks or toe socks if you prefer; socks with a little grip on the bottoms are ideal. You might also like to bring a water bottle and a towel with you to your class.

What do you provide?

We supply all the mats and equipment that you might need in the classes.

What happens if I need to cancel, can I swap classes?
If you’re unable to attend a pre-booked class, you can use your Team Up account to manage your classes.  Select ‘leave’ the class and you can use your class credit to swap onto another.
Please note that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to leave a class, to retain the class credit.
When do classes run?

Classes run for 48 weeks of the year, allowing two weeks off at Christmas and two weeks off at our discretion.  To see the most up to date timetable, click here.
