Wellbeing mentor Erica is hosting a wonderful Saturday morning Mother’s Day Meditation at 9.30 am.

This is a class to bring your mum to, drop her off at, or come along to celebrate your mum.

All are welcome to join this mindfulness session and make time to celebrate the day. Book your place here.
