‘Transformational’ Pelvic Health Course

Apr 17, 2025

This client recently attended our physiotherapist Mareen’s pelvic health course. The results were life-changing:

Mareen Frost, physiotherapist“Maureen’s pelvic health course was nothing short of transformational. I had got into the habit of limiting what I drank and using the toilet ‘just in case’ since my twenties, when commuting on the tube into London.

Thirty-odd years later, I was still limiting my drinks, planning my day around toilet stops, complicated by having a dog, which limits options. Talking through the issues with Maureen made me realise that using 9 toilet rolls a week wasn’t normal, and what would happen as I age!

Maureen’s practical, pragmatic approach gave me the confidence and skills to address this embarrassing issue. By completing a bladder diary, I was able to identify the ‘just in case’ wees and eliminate them. Tracking my fluid intake gave me the required focus to drink more, reducing dehydration headaches. The core exercises and more general posture advice delivered in a person-centred, holistic manner completed the training.

Undertaking this course means that within a few months, I can face the world with more confidence, am healthier, less anxious and have a toolkit I can rely on to continue to improve.

I would not hesitate to recommend this course to anyone. Consider it an investment in my overall wellbeing and money well spent.”

We are so delighted that this client benefited greatly from the course. Many people suffer from pelvic health problems, but as this client found, you don’t have to suffer in silence. There are practical steps you can take which can make a real difference.
