Reformer Pilates classes have arrived!

May 20, 2024

Exciting news! With our new Garden Studio up and running, we are delighted that Reformer Pilates classes are now available to book. Our five new Reformers are ready to go, and we can’t wait!

The 6-week Beginner Pilates Reformer courses start on Monday, 3rd June and are designed to:

  • Introduce you to the Reformer apparatus
  • Explain how to set the Reformer up and use it safely
  • Guide you through basic Pilates Reformer exercises

Each course costs £100, and each session will accommodate a maximum of five people. As this is an introductory course, the classes are not transferable or ‘swappable’.

Please join Louise, Alex and two lovely new teachers, Robyn and Ceri for these fantastic introductory sessions.
