Welcoming Jack, our new Strength & Conditioning Coach

Dec 9, 2022

We are delighted to welcome Jack Phillips, an experienced Strength & Conditioning coach, to our team at Bridge Health & Wellbeing in Christchurch, Dorset.

His coaching philosophies are based on evidence and research, which have been put into practice and developed through working with professional rugby academies and many private school scholars. Within these fields, Jack has assisted and coached young athletes to achieve and fulfil their full potential. These experiences and developing knowledge has meant that he has established a confident approach to coaching.

Jack is currently Head of Performance at Bryanston School, working closely with physiotherapists to assist in the rehabilitation of the pupils. Outside of his role there, Jack is currently working with several aspiring youth athletes on a 1-1 and small group basis, ranging from netball, swimming, rugby, volleyball and hockey.

Jack will be running our Introduction Strength & Conditioning classes on Friday mornings starting in January 2023. This 45-minute class is aimed at teaching you the right techniques for weight training, improving strength and progressing your training. It is excellent for people who are coming to the end of physiotherapy and rehabilitation after injury and need to maintain and progress their training.

Book your space today via TeamUp or call us on 01202 473800 for more information.
