We are delighted that Wellness Coach Erica will be running a 5-week, small-group, self-discovery workshop at our clinic, beginning Saturday 5th November.
Erica has over 20 years of experience working therapeutically with individuals. Her career began in Psychology within the NHS in 2003, and she has worked in Mental Health and Public Health for the majority of her career. She is a qualified counsellor and has a growing passion for holistic therapies. Erica strongly believes that we are conditioned to seek outside of ourselves to find peace, purpose and pleasure but all of those things are WITHIN us already. She supports people to reconnect to their power through workshops and 1:1 coaching.
‘Create Your Calm’
This 5-week, small-group workshop will take you on a journey of self-discovery, exploring:
- Who am I? Who do I want to be?
- Boundaries; how to set them and protect yourself
- Identifying and dissolving barriers
- Trusting your inner voice and connecting with your truth
- Moving forward with purpose and a sense of peace
As you journey through the course, you will learn the relationship between thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviour. You will deepen an understanding of how we think, feel and act and how this impacts our emotions and nervous system. You will explore ways in which you can create your own sense of calm and protect your peace.
