Free Talk on Lower Back Pain in March

Feb 13, 2025

Aaron Coode, chiropractor and back pain specialistWe are delighted that our chiropractor, Aaron Coode, is delivering a talk on Lower Back Pain this March.

Aaron will be highlighting some of the common causes of lower back pain we see here in the clinic, discussing what causes them and how to manage them.

The event is free to attend and will take place on Thursday 6th March 17:30 – 18:30.

Lower back pain is a very common, painful and disabling condition, affecting many of us at some point in our lives. It has been reported that it affects as much as 84% of the adult population, with 60-80% of people being affected throughout their lifetime. According to the NHS, back pain is the largest single cause of disability in the UK, with lower back pain alone accounting for 11% of the total disability of the UK population.

We can’t always be sure of the exact source of lower back pain. The soft tissues around the spine can go into spasm, and the joints at each spinal level can cause pain. Discs and nerves can also be affected, which can lead to things like sciatica. Thankfully, it often responds well to treatment, and lifestyle changes can make a big difference to your overall recovery.

At this informative event, Aaron will be answering some key questions, including:

  • What causes lower back pain?
  • How can it be treated?
  • How can the symptoms be managed?
  • What steps can I take to avoid lower back pain reoccurring?

Please book your space at the event at Reception as we are limited on numbers. Call 01202 473800 or email info@bridgehw.com.

If you can’t make the event but would still like some advice on lower back pain, contact Reception or book an appointment with Aaron online.
