Merry Christmas from all of us at Bridge Health & Wellbeing

Dec 20, 2023

As 2023 draws to a close, we would like to thank our clients and colleagues for another fantastic year at Bridge Health & Wellbeing.

We have been delighted to welcome several new team members over the past 12 months, including physiotherapists Josephine Garofalides and Mareen Frost and massage therapist Sharon Sawyer.

During the year, we hosted several events, including a Spring into Wellness evening in March, a Running Advice Clinic in July and a Winter Wellbeing evening in November. It is always a pleasure to welcome visitors through the doors and open our space to local businesses that complement our health and wellbeing services.

Highlights of the year included winning the Outstanding Business of the Year at the Christchurch Business Awards and being shortlisted for the Dorset Business Awards Best New Business.

It was an honour to see our Aquaid elephant water pump installed in Africa and raise funds for Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance this year. We were very proud to see the local martial arts athletes we sponsored pick up golds for Great Britain at the World Martial Arts Games in July.

Now, we prepare to take a break and spend time with our families over Christmas.

Studio Wellbeing classes finish at 10:15 on Friday, 22nd December, for a two-week break.

All classes restart on Monday, 8th January. Please ensure you are booked into your regular class in January before you break for the holidays. Several new courses are starting, including our Create Your Calm course with Erica and our Grit & Grace women’s empowerment circle with Sharon.
