Here at Bridge Health & Wellbeing we are super proud of our very own co-founder Louise O’Connell. Louise has been selected as a finalist in the Successful Women in Business Awards – New Business category.
Now in their third year, the Successful Women In Business Awards were set up to promote the positive impact on women of recognising and celebrating their successes and to demonstrate their impact on the wider community.
The New Business Award, sponsored by Humphries Kirk Solicitors, recognises women who are running successful businesses that are under 2 years old.
Louise said: “When I discovered that someone had nominated me for these awards I was thrilled. To be crowned a finalist, one of the top 5, is such an achievement. Bridge Health & Wellbeing is still not even a year old, but it has been such an amazing experience. I am so proud of everything that we have achieved. Our fantastic clients and patients have filled the journey with many high points. Even during the current coronavirus pandemic, as we have shifted our Pilates classes and physiotherapy consultations online, they have shown such enthusiasm and support.”
Louise is one of five finalists in the New Business Category which includes:
- Caroline Measures – Sunshine Therapies and Retreats
- Lynn Roddy – Home Instead Senior Care
- Nicola Schellander – Schellander Design
- Sunny Bird – Sunny Bird PR
Twenty-five women from Dorset are among over 50 finalists in this year’s awards, as reported by Dorset Biz News:
The winners’ ceremony has been postponed due to coronavirus. As soon as it is rescheduled, we look forward to celebrating Louise’s success alongside many other successful women in business in Dorset and beyond.
