Wow! Thrilled to be a Runner Up in the Family Business of The Year Awards

Jun 25, 2021

The Family Business United Family Business of The Year 2021 Awards took place live online last night. We watched with bated breath, having been selected as a finalist in the South & South West region. We were also up for the People’s Choice Award.

16 companies had made the shortlist in the South & South West. We were very proud to be the only business from Dorset, as reported on Dorset Biz News. Amongst such long-established businesses, we couldn’t believe it when the announcement came that we were a runner up!

As such a new family business, to have achieved runner up is fantastic. We would like to thank all of our team and our clients for all your support. Our congratulations go to the winner Oltco and our fellow runners up Island Roasted Coffee. Given both businesses have been trading for over 15 years, whilst we are only just finishing year 2 (after 15 months of a global pandemic!) we are super chuffed.

We didn’t win the People’s Choice Award but we do appreciate every single one of you who voted for us. Your support really does make such a huge difference. Our vision was always to create a wellbeing family that you can feel part of. Somewhere you can feel relaxed and welcome. In such a challenging first few years of business, you really have made all of our effort worthwhile. We are excited about the wellbeing community we’re building here in Christchurch, Dorset.

The awards news keeps coming as we have just been nominated in the Southern Enterprise Awards 2021 proudly hosted by SME News. We have also just submitted our entry for the South West Business Leader Awards 2021 so wish us luck!
