“I had my initial 1-hour session with Mareen Frost to evaluate and treat a back injury which had caused me to go from incredibly fit to almost unable to walk, lift, or move effectively.

This in turn caused me considerable pain and discomfort which would wake me from my poor and limited sleep with significant pain and ache and caused me to be frequently unable to work, play with my young children and do anything at all including my volunteering for Search and Rescue, my solo 30-mile hikes in Wales and everything in between. It was not an enjoyable 4+month experience!

Well, I was not disappointed. What a fantastic, professional, smart, diligent, witty and capable woman she transpired to be. I do not mean good; I mean fantastic, amazing, entirely knowledgeable, and capable.

She listened to me, which isn’t always the easiest thing to do, I must admit. Analysed my posture, performed the most fantastic therapy I’ve ever received, corrected my posture and provided critical post-therapy care, including contact details if needed, examples of homework and a genuine sense of wellbeing as well as hope, which I admit, was waning.

I felt an immediate pain relief, satisfaction and general happiness.

I immediately booked a follow-up session and have booked several subsequent sessions for the same and additional areas of concern.

I will not see or allow an alternative therapist to engage with me moving forward.
