Do I need a GP referral before I can see you?

No. You don’t need to be referred to us in order to make an appointment. While it’s always helpful to have accompanying notes or a diagnosis from a GP or consultant, we don’t need to have them before we see you or start your treatment. You can simply walk in, book an appointment with our clinicians, and they will assess, diagnose and treat you.

Can I cancel an appointment?

If you need to ask change or cancel an appointment, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours beforehand (cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the appointment fee).

What should I bring to the appointment?

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes when you come for your appointment. If you’re having a lower limb assessment, shorts or leggings are best. If it’s for an upper limb problem, please make sure you’re wearing a vest, vest-top or similar.

What if I need a chaperone?

If you feel that you would prefer to have a chaperone with you during your assessment then please bring a suitable person.
