At Bridge Health and Wellbeing, our expert physiotherapist, Maureen Frost, assesses and treats women and men with a range of symptoms, including:

Following your initial assessment, your clinician will discuss their findings and outline a treatment plan, ensuring you are fully involved in every step of the process.

Our Pelvic Health Expert
After qualifying as a physiotherapist in 2003, Senior Physiotherapist Mareen Frost gained valuable experience working in both private clinics and the health service in Germany, before moving to the UK.
Mareen continuously adds to her skillset as a physiotherapist and has a special interest in pelvic floor health for both women and men. Her yoga and Pilates training is a great addition to her physiotherapy skills.
Studies have shown that symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction, such as pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence, can have a huge impact on quality of life, impacting family life, wellbeing and personal relationships.
Mareen is passionate about supporting clients with pelvic health, equipping them with simple tools to support their pelvic health every day.
