Thank you to everyone who came along to our Winter Wellbeing event in November. It was lovely to see so many of you in the clinic.

The Pilates class Louise ran was full, as was the free 30-minute Mindfulness workshop run by Evolve with Erica.

Alice, personal stylist from Buddy and Noo, was busy offering style tips and ways to revisit your wardrobe during the winter season.

Claire from Dorset Coast Wills was on hand offering advice on preparing for the future.

Nurse Caroline from Eartech provided consultations on ear stringing, and plenty of visitors took up our new remedial massage therapist, Sharon’s free hand and shoulder massage tasters.

Christmas was definitely in the air with some lovely Christmas Beaulieu candles on display, as well as some Tropic skincare gift sets.

It is always a pleasure to welcome other local businesses that complement our health and wellbeing approach into our space. There was a lovely atmosphere on the night, and guests seemed to enjoy dropping in for a glass of bubbles and a chat with some of the fabulous experts in the clinic.
