Yoga Classes in Christchurch, Dorset

Our Yoga classes deliver wellbeing for both body and mind. Each session takes an inward focus, aiming to still the mind and help deal with all the aspects of modern life. Yoga classes typically begin with a mantra and intention setting, followed by a warm up, combining a mixture of standing postures, balances and mat work. Each class is completed with a guided meditation, leaving you relaxed and revitalised.

Hatha Yoga in Christchurch Dorset

Hatha yoga is a slower paced form of yoga, combining the breath, body and mind. Our dedicated teachers guide you through the practice of asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to calm your mind and restore your inner balance.

Yoga FAQs

New to a class?

If you’re attending a class for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes beforehand so you can complete the necessary paperwork and health checks. We ask all our clients to complete these either on paper or online here. The information you provide will be treated confidentially. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

What should I bring?

Clothing that’s comfortable and allows you to move freely works best for Yoga – body-hugging Lycra is not essential! Many people do the exercises barefoot, but you can wear Yoga slipper socks or toe socks if you prefer; socks with a little grip on the bottoms are ideal. You might also like to bring a water bottle and a towel with you to the sessions.

What do you provide?

We supply all the mats and equipment that you might need in the classes.

What happens if I need to cancel, can I swap classes?

You can swap your class on TeamUp, by emailing info@bridgehw.com or by calling the clinic on 01202 473800.
