We are delighted to welcome our first members to the 200 Club!
These inspiring individuals have attended 200 studio classes with us, and we wanted to congratulate them on their achievement and their dedication to their health and wellbeing.
Some of those on the list have been with us since we opened our doors over five years ago. Others are quite new to the studio – they’re just maximising our facilities by engaging in multiple classes throughout the week. Some are Pilates matwork regulars, whilst others have enjoyed a mix of Pilates matwork, reformer Pilates, yoga and Strength & Conditioning classes over the years.
Whichever style of class you prefer and whatever level you are at, our team of expert studio instructors is here to help.
Whether you want to start the week strong with 0915 Pilates Reformer with Alex on Mondays, build your strength midweek with Annabel’s 1830 Strength & Conditioning session, or ease into the weekend with Stewart’s matwork Pilates class on Friday afternoons at 1630, we have over 30 classes to choose from, ranging from introductory classes through to advanced practices.

Our Studio Memberships offer a range of benefits based on a monthly subscription
You can choose from 1, 2 or 3 classes per week per month, and all timetabled classes are included. As a BHW3 member, you will receive 20% off all full-priced clinical services, including massage therapy, physiotherapy and chiropractic treatment, plus 10% off 1-1 blocks of Mat and Reformer Pilates sessions with Louise and free access to clinic events.
With flexibility built in, you can manage your own classes via Team Up, and you have the whole of each month to use your class credits.
